Spearheaded the successful attainment of a company's first HITRUST certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation within 6 months by executing on the collection of 200+ evidence artifacts across 7 cross-functional teams, covering 150 users and 200 endpoints. 

Mitigated third-party access risk by 75% through a formalized access control framework, enforcing conditional network access, centralized password management through the implementation of the 1Password password manager, and managed VM usage across 3 primary vendors and internal stakeholders. 

Operationalized an enterprise-wide AppSec program, remediating 29,000+ software vulnerabilities across 111M LOC using SAST tools and secure code review practices. Achieved a 76% reduction in vulnerability density and a 173% increase in remediations within 6 months.

Established an organization’s first Project Management Office (PMO), including the design of intake workflows, creation and enforcement of 10+ SOPs, and facilitation of monthly prioritization reviews with executive leadership, resulting in improved project throughput and resource allocation.

Architected and managed an enterprise-wide rollout of Jira Service Desk, overseeing two-phase implementation across 5+ departments; built initial help desk queue, authored SOPs and training docs, and led the onboarding of 4 additional service queues and 3 new system admins, supporting a user base of 500+. 

Led a $13M+ platform modernization project, transitioning a legacy monolith to 20+ scalable cloud microservices; improved system reliability and reduced deployment times by 40%.
